Jaime Kramer joined Premier Payroll Partner, LLC in April 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly demonstrated her aptitude for client service and operational excellence. By September 2021, she transitioned into the role of Payroll Specialist, and through her dedication and skill, she now serves as our Senior Payroll Specialist.
Known for her deep expertise in payroll processing and compliance, Jaime is a trusted resource both within the firm and among our clients. She brings a client-focused mindset to every interaction, building strong professional relationships and consistently ensuring that her team and clients are supported with accuracy and care.
Jaime is especially passionate about training and process improvement. She takes pride in developing clear, user-friendly systems and enjoys leading training sessions for clients using our payroll software. Her favorite aspect of the role is adapting her training style to meet individual learning preferences, enhancing both the effectiveness and confidence of those she supports.

When she isn’t spending time with her cockatiel at home, securing a steal at the local thrift shop, or plotting her next tattoo, Jaime enjoys watching films, crafting, and playing Animal Crossing with a strong cup of coffee nearby.
